Treasurer's Report and to receive and approve the accounts for the years ending 31st March 2003 and 31st March 2004 7. To appoint the Auditors for 2004/2005. 8. To elect the Trustees of the Society 9. To set the Annual Membership Fees for 2005/2006 10. Any other business Members wishing to raise matters under Any Other Business are requested to inform the Chair before the meeting. |
